Our revolutionary Memory Foam mattresses provide superior comfort, support and durability. Our Memory Foam, Illustra Latex and support foams are all made in a state of the art, sealed, pressurized chamber which allows us to scientifically and environmentally increase or decrease atmospheric pressure. Because the manufacturing occurs in a contained environment, we are able to control variables such as barometric pressure, heat and humidity, which can cause inconsistencies in ordinary foam. Our barometric pressure manufacturing process produces a more consisten cell structure resulting in higher quality foams with enhanced performance and strenght characteristics. Our manufacturing process is also certified Green, because virtually all Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC’s) are trapped in the sealed chamber and not allowed to emit into the atmosphere. Our memory foam mattresses have an open cell structure that promotes air flow and the dissipation fo heat (warm air). Our memory foam is also highly permeable while still retaining the temperature sensitivity that makes memory foam uniquely comforting to the body. Memory foam has superior pressure relieving properties which lead to a deeper more restorative nights sleep.
